Claim: ‘Abortion is Just Feminist Supremacy in Practice’

There’s a video going around of a young woman being interviewed saying over and over that no matter the age of a mother’s hypothetical child, that child’s existence should always be determined by his or her mother. Repeatedly, she utters the phrase “It’s always the mother’s choice” as she’s peppered with scenarios under which she thinks it would be okay to kill a child. She probably doesn’t mean that it would be okay for a mother to “put down” a 2-year-old or 10-year-old, but the total absence of any logic is striking. Her argument simply amounts to maternal or female supremacy…

And what has this emphasis on performative, emotional displays brought us? Beto O’Rourke. His recent disruption of a press conference following the Texas school shooting was a spectacular display of male emotionalism. Beto O’Rourke is what happens when a culture turns men into weak, theatrical virtue-signalers.
