Watch: Pelosi Snaps at Leadership Question

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) isn’t interested in talking about maintaining her leadership position as Democrats face the prospect of a rough midterm election cycle.

Instead, she placed emphasis on “getting out the vote” when Margaret Brennan, host of CBS News’s Face the Nation, asked Pelosi several questions about the Republicans being projected to take control of the House and generational change in leadership.

When Brennan asked her whether she will remain in leadership in the new Congress, Pelosi said, “I’m not talking about that.”

“I’m here to talk about how we win the election,” she added. “I’m not here to talk about me, I’m here to talk about the future of America’s working families, for the children.” Read more…
