The Florida House of Representatives overwhelmingly passed a bill that would ban abortions by 15 weeks of pregnancy in anticipation of a Supreme Court decision that may overturn Roe v. Wade.
The House approved the bill, HB 5, in a 78-39 vote along party lines Wednesday night.
