Texas National Guard Overwhelmed by Rampaging Illegal Immigrants!

Despite repeated denials from President Joe Biden, impeached Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, and Border Czar Kamala Harris regarding their responsibility for the border crisis, the situation at the U.S.-Mexico border continues to deteriorate. Despite years of denial from the White House, the border crisis persists, with the administration erroneously claiming powerlessness to address the chaos they’ve allowed to flourish.

The scenes unfolding at the border resemble those of a war-torn third-world country, with record-setting illegal alien crossings occurring under Biden’s tenure. Recently, a group of illegal aliens stormed Texas authorities near El Paso in a blatant attempt to unlawfully enter the U.S., illustrating the gravity of the situation. Referring to it as an “invasion” may seem like hyperbole, but the reality is far from it.

Videos capturing the chaos depict Texas National Guard soldiers on the U.S. side of the border being overwhelmed, highlighting the dire circumstances on the ground. President Biden’s administration, including the federal Department of Justice, appears complicit in normalizing and incentivizing such chaos by actively opposing state efforts, like those in Texas, to secure the border.

Despite the Supreme Court’s recent decision granting Texas the authority to implement SB 4, a state law enabling officials to arrest, detain, and deport illegal aliens, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals promptly blocked Texas from acting under this law. This legal tug-of-war leaves Texas officials with limited options, primarily relying on efforts to dissuade illegal entry.

As a result of legal constraints, Texas officials can only attempt to deter illegal aliens from entering unlawfully, after which most are processed and released into the country pending asylum hearings. However, due to overwhelming backlogs, asylum hearing dates are now scheduled years into the future, even for those who are likely ineligible for asylum status, exacerbating the challenges faced at the border.
