Trump Delivers Blunt Message to GOP: ‘No More Talk!

Former President Donald Trump, addressing a sold-out crowd at the South Dakota Republican Party’s rally, called on congressional Republicans to take immediate action on the illegal immigrant crisis, rather than waiting for a potential second Trump administration. He urged Congress to ban the use of taxpayer money to release or resettle illegal aliens into the United States and called for action by the next government funding deadline on September 30.

President Trump emphasized that the time for talk is over and urged Republicans to hold President Joe Biden accountable for the millions of dollars his family received from foreigners during his vice presidency. He also called on GOP lawmakers to block any attempts by the Biden administration to reinstate COVID mandates, lockdowns, or restrictions.

The former president criticized the Democrats for attempting to restart COVID hysteria and questioned their motives, suggesting it might be related to upcoming elections. He pointed out that voting procedures were changed during the pandemic, leading some Republicans to allege that Democrats exploited the situation to enable cheating.

President Trump expressed his concerns about the immigration crisis and the impact of President Biden’s policies, which have been criticized as lax. He noted that illegal immigration has surged in locations like New York City and highlighted inhumane conditions faced by illegal immigrants at O’Hare International Airport.

Governor Kristi Noem of South Dakota, who had recently visited the southern border, joined the event and endorsed President Trump’s candidacy. She stated that he is the only candidate who can address the border situation effectively.

President Trump mentioned his achievements in building sections of the border wall and implementing the remain-in-Mexico policy during his presidency. He pledged to initiate the “largest deportation operation in American history” if reelected in 2024 but stressed that action is needed immediately to address the ongoing immigration crisis.

The former president also touched on the legal challenges he faces and vowed to fight for every patriotic American who has been treated unjustly by the justice system. He concluded his speech by highlighting the nation’s challenges and expressing confidence in its ability to regain greatness.

The event showcased President Trump’s continued influence within the Republican Party and the enthusiasm of his supporters. It underscored his ongoing commitment to key issues such as immigration and his intention to remain a prominent figure in American politics.
