In the Democratic Party, only a third (33%) believe Biden should run again, while a substantial 56% think he should step aside. Meanwhile, younger and vibrant Democrats are emerging on the political scene, potentially challenging Biden for the nomination and presenting a more competitive front against Republican candidates like former President Donald Trump or Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.
Names like California Governor Gavin Newsom, Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer, Vice President Kamala Harris, and Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg have gained attention as the future faces of the Democratic Party.
